Mark has been working on the links between posture, movement and pain for nearly 30 years. He has worked with elite sports people helping them to solve their problems. Previous clients include Chelsea Football Club, the Waikato Chiefs and GBR Challenge, and the British Americas Cup team.
He has also lectured and taught extensively on this subject producing over 100 courses and conference presentations in 9 countries over the last 15 years. He was a guest lecturer on the Master’s degree program at both Brighton and Coventry Universities in the UK. He is currently teaching several post graduate physiotherapy courses each year.
In addition, Mark has applied his knowledge of injury causation to preventing injury in the occupational setting working with clients such as Fonterra Brands and Tip Top.

Michelle has long experience as a Physiotherapist and over the last 16 years has worked as a Pilates instructor, not just working on body optimisation but also rehabilitative clinical work.… She has a passion for optimal body alignment, movement and postures.
She feels it is vital for people to take responsibility for their own bodies by being aware of the way they move and use their bodies throughout the day. Becoming motivated and informed so that changes can be made from poor habits that are detrimental to ideal body health to the very best use of the body possible in everyday activities.
Julie qualified as a fully comprehensive Pilates teacher in 2006 through the Pilates Foundation UK after her own Pilates teacher helped her to overcome musculoskeletal issues as a result of a sedentary desk job. Julie is passionate about using Pilates and movement to help educate others to cope with their own musculoskeletal issues.
Julie also has a movement background with a Diploma in Contemporary Dance from the Performing Arts School (now Unitec). She has taught in Pilates studios and health clubs in London, Somerset and Surrey. In her spare time she practices Feldenkrais and loves gardening.
